Best New Primer for Acne-Prone Skin⎜Murad Invisiblur

I am self-proclaimed primer junkie. I will try out any primer that’s been raved about, and with primers, I feel no shame in spending big bucks on them. I am super oily, and without primers, my makeup would never last! Not even the ones that promise a 12-hour coverage. Once I opened my eyes to primers, I have never been able to go back.

With an ever-growing collection of primers, I feel like I have found a nice collection of primers that I swear by – each according to its own season and use. But, recently I found a primer that just beat all my primers. It is the Murad Invisiblur Perfecting Shield. (My latest favorite was the YSL Touche-Eclat Blur Primer).

I recommend this for those who are acne-prone and blemish-prone, who use foundations without SPF’s, who after erasing their makeup get upset at how bumpy and dull the skin has become with all that makeup on the skin.

This solves it.

At least for me it did!

I received a sample of this from Sephora and from the very name and what it promised to do, I was already sold. But once I saw how effective it was, it was immediately put in my basket.

I use the NARS Sheer Glow Foundation, which does not have SPF. To use SPF sometimes gets annoying. But with this primer, it promises SPF 30 PA++ broad spectrum.

Also, what I love about it is that it treats the skin while also creating a flawless pore-minimizing effect. The texture is similar to other primers, and it does a great job in keeping makeup on all day.

With summer fast approaching, this primer has been a treasure discovered! Price is a hefty $65 at Sephora, but worth every dollar.
